The founder of All Good Gene’s Kombucha is the 4th generation of a traditional family-owned brewery in Taiwan. He is commonly known as the “Father of Fermentation” in the industry.
Along the way of exploring new cuisine, he came across kombucha when he was traveling in the States and was amazed by the health effect of kombucha on aiding digestion and enhancing metabolism.
After returning to Taiwan from his travel, he was disappointed that there are no qualified kombucha on the market. To introduce this beneficial beverage to his friends and family, he decided to start “All Good Gene’s Kombucha”. To replicate the quality of the kombucha from the U.S., All Good Gene’s imported various types of SCOBY from the States and paired them with different local tea to create a golden formula. After performing a countless amount of R&D, at the end of 2021, All Good Gene’s proudly launched the first bottle of kombucha.
